To ensure you are comfortable working at home or in the office an ergonomic workstation assessor will video-call/call you to run through your workstation setup as part of a virtual DSE assessment. The assessor will give guidance and training so that your desk work does not impact your health and well-being.

This will include:

• Guidance on how to adjust your chair
• Tips on working from a laptop
• How to position your screen(s) and input devices
• The importance of stretches and breaks
• Any other questions or concerns you have
